EarnStar in 2025: Are the Bonus Systems Still Worth It?

So, I jumped back into EarnStar to see what it’s offering these days. Right away, I noticed they’re still running a leveling system alongside the prize draws. The more you use it, the more you’re supposed to earn through milestones — like the $5 goal for a free prize, or smaller boosts for leveling up. I’ll be honest, I like when apps put effort into little extras like that. It gives you something to work toward, even if it’s minor.

That said, the survey prices didn’t really impress me this time around. A few stood out — like one for $1.70 — but the drop-off as you scroll down is very noticeable. Compared to how things used to be, especially when I first tested this in my region, it feels like it’s slowed down a bit. Same with the offerwall — most rates are just about what I’d expect, nothing wild. And those big flashy numbers? Like that $1,089 Palmon offer? Yeah, don’t get your hopes up. Most of those are seriously time-consuming.

Still, I cashed out $1 USD to PayPal for this video and, to their credit, it landed in my account within about three minutes. So at least from where I’m sitting, they’ve held up their end. Just keep in mind: not every opportunity is worth the effort, and a lot depends on what offers you personally get.

JustPlay App Test: Do the Loyalty Coins Still Add Up?

Alright, so another month means another look at JustPlay — and yeah, it’s still kicking with a few updates. The loyalty point system’s still front and center, but now they’ve added these “cash challenges” with extra tasks tied to supposedly bigger rewards. I gave it a proper test run with three hours on the clock using Treasure Master, Merge Blast, and Solitaire Verse.

Treasure Master was the first game I played, and I spent about an hour and twenty minutes in it before swapping over. Something new I noticed — a boost coins button appeared in most games. I tried it out, but honestly, didn’t feel like it made a huge difference. After finishing all three games, I ended up at around 1.1 million coins. Once the timer ran out, it converted into 92 cents — which, by the way, they say was “boosted” from 53 cents. Personally, the boosted thing feels more like a gimmick at this point.

Still, that 92 cents did show up in my PayPal not long after, so I’ll give them credit there. JustPlay’s doing what it’s always done, even if the rates aren’t what they used to be. I’ll definitely check back again in a few months to see if things change.

Cash Cow Review: Mega Boosts, Game Variety & PayPal Returns

So, Cash Cow — this one surprised me. It’s a Just Dice app, and over the years I’ve seen the rates on those take a pretty big dive, especially here in Australia. But with Cash Cow, they’ve clearly tried to spice things up. For starters, they’ve brought in this mega boost where you can earn three times the coins when you try new games. I’ve seen it pop up often, sometimes daily.

There were over a dozen games ready to play, and some had solid playtime rewards. One even stacked with Misplay — so I had both apps running together to double dip on coins. They’ve also reintroduced PayPal withdrawals, which is something a lot of Just Dice apps had removed for a while. I pulled out two separate withdrawals: 15,000 coins and 6,000 coins. Both landed in my PayPal pretty quickly — within 20 minutes or so.

But here’s the thing: if I didn’t have that 3x bonus running, I don’t think I would’ve hit those amounts. It took around four hours to pull in roughly $2 worth of coins. So yeah, it worked, but it came at the cost of time. It’s one of those apps where the effort really has to line up with your expectations.

CashInStyle in 2025: Is It Still a Strong Contender?

I last looked at CashInStyle months ago, and I wanted to see if anything had changed. Turns out, it has — and mostly for the better. First thing I saw was the XP system now sitting right next to the balance. It levels you up as you use the app, and that unlocks treasure chests over time. Not a game-changer, but it’s a nice touch.

The real standout was the sheer amount of offerwalls. I counted around 20 here in Australia, which is honestly huge. They’ve also kept it organized — you’ve got tabs for surveys, offers, contests, even an affiliate area. And while some of the survey options are longer, the rates made sense for what was offered.

I ended up withdrawing $100 to PayPal, and yes — it arrived within an hour. Just to be clear though, that was built up mostly through referrals over the past year. Either way, the app still seems to be running strong, and having crypto and gift card options alongside PayPal is always a plus.

Reward App Payouts in Australia: What You Need to Know

One thing I always try to mention is that my results are based in Australia — and that matters a lot with these types of apps. For example, EarnStar gave me access to 81 different gift cards with varying thresholds, but that’s not going to be the same for everyone. In my case, PayPal, Revolut, and virtual Visa cards all had a low $1 minimum, which is great.

With JustPlay and Cash Cow, I’ve noticed timing makes a difference too — some surveys pop up randomly with better rates. That said, apps like Cash Cow now offer PayPal again, and CashInStyle still has a decent $2 minimum. These kinds of details might be completely different in your region, so take that into account before you commit time into any app.

Final Verdict: Which Reward Apps Are Actually Worth Your Time?

If I had to sum it up — EarnStar, JustPlay, Cash Cow, and CashInStyle are all still functional here in 2025, but the value really depends on timing, country, and effort. EarnStar and CashInStyle both seem to be putting in solid effort with their systems and cash-out options. JustPlay is still consistent, but the “boosted” rewards didn’t feel too different from the past. Cash Cow was a surprise, mostly thanks to the 3x bonus — without it, the results would’ve been very different.

At the end of the day, they all paid me what they said they would — but that doesn’t automatically make them worth the time. It really comes down to what offers you get and how much effort you’re willing to put in.
