How Misplay Rewards Work in 2025

So here's how it works now in 2025 — when you open up Misplay, right at the top you’ll see your account details and your balance. For me, I had 1,124 Misplay units just sitting there. The main system it runs on is something called GXP, or Game Experience Points, and this is where it gets interesting. You earn these points just by playing the games, and once you rack up enough, you’ll reach checkpoints. Right now, I’m on checkpoint 3, and I’ll get 60 extra units once I hit checkpoint 4 — just for playing. It actually ramps up quite fast at the start; I pulled 4,300 GXP in a single day. One thing I noticed is that you really have to launch the games through the Misplay app itself or it might not track your time properly. That’s something you want to be careful with.

2. Is Misplay Still Worth Using for Gift Cards?

Misplay’s definitely still hanging in there — at least in my experience here in Australia. One thing to note though is there's no PayPal option available here, which was a bit of a letdown. I’m curious if other countries have it, so if you do, let me know in the comments. That said, they do offer a ton of gift cards, and most of them start around 1,600 units. My go-to is the Amazon gift card, and the last time I cashed out, they sent it through without any problems at all. I’ve always found that part reliable, and even now in 2025, it's still one of the smoother parts of the platform.

3. Exploring Hey Piggy’s Survey Payouts and Cash Out Options

Alright, so this is what Hey Piggy looks like now — right at the top you’ve got your balance and account info, and then underneath that are all your surveys. What stood out to me is that the survey payouts are actually pretty decent here in Australia. I saw one that offered around $2.84 for just 13 minutes, which is solid. If you complete a few, more do seem to show up throughout the day, so it’s worth checking back. For cash out, the PayPal minimum is $5, and they’ve got over 20 gift cards you can choose from depending on your country. I went with the $1 Amazon card this time just to test it, and it was paid out in under 24 hours — super quick.

4. What Happened to Hey Piggy’s Piggy Bank Feature?

So a lot of you asked me to check this out again — and yep, the Piggy Bank feature is completely gone. Even here in Australia, there’s just no sign of it anymore. It used to be a really handy part of the app, but right now, it’s just missing. Hopefully, they’ll bring it back in the future because it was one of those extra little boosts that made a difference. For now though, it’s not looking like it’s returning any time soon, which is a bit of a shame.

5. Using PrizeRebel Without the App: Web-Only Access Explained

Here’s the thing with PrizeRebel — I can’t even find their app anymore in Australia. I’ve searched for it, and it just doesn’t show up, so I’ve been using the website instead. The layout’s still really solid though. You’ve got your point balance in the top right and all your menus on the left. Even without the app, the site works perfectly fine. And for those wondering, $5 worth of Amazon credit is 319 points, while PayPal payouts are 500 points for $5 USD. It’s actually really easy to figure out once you get used to it. I ended up redeeming a $5 Amazon card and it was sent to my account instantly.

6. My Final Verdict: Are These Platforms Still Delivering in 2025?

So after spending time with all three — Misplay, Hey Piggy, and PrizeRebel — I’d say they’re still doing what they claim, at least for me here in Australia. Misplay had that Bingo Voyage promo that really bumped up my units, Hey Piggy was super fast with payouts, and PrizeRebel still gave me my Amazon card without delay even though the app’s gone. I think the biggest thing to remember is that results will definitely vary depending on your location. But for what it’s worth, I’ll keep using all three and keep an eye out for any big changes in the future.
