Revisiting the Biggest Reward Apps in 2025
Lately there’s been a flood of low-rewarding apps, so I wanted to check back on some of the big names to see if they’re still worth the time and effort. A lot of people ask me about these platforms, and I figured now was a good chance to see how they’re holding up in 2025.
MoneyTime: Updates, Layout Changes, and Reward Rates
Money Time has been around for years, and here in Australia they’ve rolled out a daily streak system and changed up the layout. The progress bar is front and center now, and you can even watch an ad to double your streak reward. I started my test at ten thousand coins, played three different games for about an hour and a half, and ended up with around a million coins — which converted into roughly thirty cents. From my side, that’s around nineteen cents an hour if I’m lucky, which really isn’t much. The only positive is that the last time I withdrew, it did arrive to my account straight away.
FreeCash: Offerwalls, Surveys, and Withdrawal Process
FreeCash still looks very similar to how it’s always been, but they’ve put even more focus on offerwalls and surveys now. I saw some offers listed at hundreds of dollars, though of course there’s no guarantee you’ll finish them. Survey prices look impressive, like five or six dollars for twelve to thirteen minutes, which is some of the highest I’ve seen here. The catch is you can still get screened out or glitched partway through. As for withdrawals, the options feel more limited than before, and they’ll usually ask for ID. In my experience though, once you get through that, FreeCash has always delivered my payouts quickly.
Gem Racer Pixel Prizes: Tournaments and Leaderboards
With Gem Racer, we’re now at the end of another monthly tournament. The goal is to collect super gems, trophies, and avoid hazards while climbing the leaderboard. The top three players each month get rewards depending on their ranking, but you need at least five hundred super gems to qualify. Trophies can also be converted into super gems, so there’s more than one way to compete. It’s been fun watching the Discord community battle it out for the top spots, and I always like seeing who ends up taking the champion spot by the end of the month.
JustPlay: Boosted Rewards, Challenges, and New Features
JustPlay has been pushing their promotions and challenges hard lately, with ads claiming some pretty wild bonuses. I tested the boosted system, where watching an ad supposedly increases your coins for a few minutes, and the results were honestly a little disappointing. I ran through a challenge to play eight games and earned sixty-four cents, then spent another hour and a half grinding out coins for an extra fifty-one cents. Altogether, that was just over a dollar for three hours of play. The rates change all the time, but right now they’re some of the lowest I’ve ever seen from JustPlay.
TopSurveys: Current Survey Rates and Cash-Out Options
TopSurveys is showing me survey rates that are average to above average here in Australia, with some paying two or three dollars for under twenty minutes. The offers, on the other hand, felt a bit underwhelming compared to other platforms. Withdrawal options are decent, with gift cards and PayPal available at low minimums like two dollars in some cases. From the surveys I completed, I was able to cash out twice and both times the rewards arrived straight away, which was a solid experience.
