What Are PayPal Reward Apps and Why I Still Use Them in 2025

There are so many apps out there that promise rewards, but not all of them stick. Over time, I’ve tested hundreds on my channel, and honestly, only a small group actually stays installed on my phone. These are the ones that either pay consistently, are fun to use, or just make sense for me here in Australia. In this video, I wanted to focus on the ten that I still use in 2025 — not because they’re perfect, but because they still offer something worthwhile in my experience.

Qmee – Surveys, Shopping Rewards, and Instant PayPal Cashouts

First up, we’ve got Qmee. This is what Qmee looks like these days, and honestly, it’s one of the easier apps to use. At the top right of the screen, you’ll see your real-world balance — I had $17.24 during filming. I was able to generate that mainly through surveys, and what I like is that it shows you upfront how long each survey takes and what the reward is. It’s super straightforward. If you’re not into surveys, they’ve got games, shopping rewards, and other offers too. For example, I had an offer for Call of Dragons that was offering over $1,000 — obviously a big task, but it’s there. I also really appreciate that Qmee has no minimum cash out for PayPal here in Australia, and they’ve always paid me without any drama.

BestPlay – Gaming for Coins with Fast PayPal Withdrawals

Next up for the gamers — BestPlay. It’s one of those mixed-bag apps where some people love it and others don’t, depending on their country. You’ve got your balance at the top, coins to the left, and a timer under that showing when coins get added. You play casual games, watch ads, earn coins, and then convert those coins into real currency. For me, I usually just play for an hour or two and see how much I can rack up. PayPal and Amazon are available for cash out here in Australia, and even donations if you’re feeling generous. The last time I withdrew, I was paid within five minutes — no issues at all. Minimum cash out is low too, around 50 cents. Just keep expectations realistic; I usually earn $1 to $2 per hour at best.

HeyCash – High Survey Rates and a Massive Gift Card Catalog

HeyCash is a bit of a weird one but in a good way. At least here in Australia, sometimes your account goes into a 24-hour review status for no reason, but support usually fixes it. You’ll see your stats and balance right up top, and to give you an idea, my 3,557 points converted to $5.48. Surveys can pay really well — I’ve had ones offer up to $3 or $4 if I complete them. Disqualifications are still frustrating, as always. If surveys aren’t your thing, they’ve got gaming offers that can pay hundreds or even thousands, but be warned — those take time. Some take weeks. The daily leaderboard is a cool touch, and with 76 different gift cards and a $2 PayPal minimum here in Australia, there’s a lot to choose from. My last payout was instant.

AttaPoll – Reliable Survey Rewards With Gaming Expansion

AttaPoll’s been around for a while, and it used to be just surveys, but they’ve expanded. These days, they have gaming offers and even a playtime reward section. Surveys usually sit between 50 cents and $2 here in Australia, which is pretty decent. Not the highest, but solid. Some gaming offers can go up to $100+, though most hover around $2 to $8. Your balance is right at the top, and the PayPal cash out minimum is $4.50. You can also cash out to Revolut, bank transfer, or gift cards — Amazon being the lowest at $4.50. In my experience, payouts from AttaPoll have always been instant and reliable. It’s been one of the more consistent apps I’ve used since 2021.

FiveSurveys – $1 per Survey and Competitive Offerwall Prices

FiveSurveys comes from the same people who made HeyCash, and what makes it stand out is simple — $1 per survey, no matter the length. That’s something I rarely see. As always, balance is shown at the top, and the minimum cash out is $5. If surveys aren’t your thing, the offerwalls are stacked with options, some offering up to thousands depending on the task. There’s also a playtime reward section, though in my case, only one game was available. That one game was actually offering over $60, which matched what I saw in AttaPoll. The payout system is nearly identical to HeyCash, and last time I cashed out, I got paid instantly. No issues at all.

Count and Earn – Offerwall-Heavy App with Crypto & PayPal Options

Count and Earn runs on a coin-based system. I’ve got PayPal and virtual Visa card options here in Australia, with the PayPal minimum being $2 USD for 51,000 coins. Earnings aren’t the highest, but it does what it says. Playtime rewards here don’t show exact values — it’s all in coins — but based on my testing, each game gives me around $1 to $3. Where it really stands out is the offerwall section. CPX Research alone offered over $1 per survey, and some gaming offers go into the hundreds. There’s also this “super offer” setup where you watch a bunch of ads for coins. My last withdrawal to PayPal took about 24 hours, so not instant but pretty quick.

MoneyTime – Casual Gaming with Surprising Earning Potential

MoneyTime works like Best Play — play casual games and get paid every 3 hours. I usually go for Sword Slash because it's the highest earner for me here. The offerwall claims millions of coins, but they don’t show a clear dollar value, which is frustrating. For this video, I started with $0 and played Sword Slash for about an hour and ten minutes, which gave me 811,000 coins. After the 3-hour conversion window, that turned into $1.45. The PayPal minimum here is $2, and gift cards start at $3.20. Like the others, I treat this one as beer money — nothing major, but it works. Every time I’ve withdrawn, it’s been instant.

TopSurveys – Timed Promotions and High-Paying Survey Offers

TopSurveys is likely from the same creators as HeyCash and FiveSurveys. Right now, they’re celebrating one million users, and the first 5,000 get double rewards for 48 hours — which made the survey prices insane. I didn’t expect that when filming. Even outside the promo, the app’s still solid. I saw a 30-minute survey offering nearly $6, and the offerwall was stacked — $3,195 for Rocking Cash, $2,400 for Call of Dragons. Balance is up top, and the PayPal minimum is still $2. There are 73 gift cards available too, mostly starting at $5. Last time I withdrew, the payment hit my account instantly, no problems at all.

JustPlay and Freecash – Consistent Payouts and Daily Earning Systems

JustPlay needs no intro — it's one of the most well-known apps out there. Works just like MoneyTime: you earn coins every 3 hours by playing games. I played Treasure Master for an hour, got 405,000 coins, and ended up with $6.13. They also have rotating events like "Dark Moon Cash" which boosts rewards, and daily challenges too. PayPal and Amazon are both available, and in my experience, payouts have always been instant. Freecash, on the other hand, changes its layout constantly. There are tons of survey providers and offerwalls — I couldn’t even go through them all. Some gaming offers go over $1,000, and there’s still a $5 PayPal minimum here. Crypto is also an option. Like JustPlay, Freecash has always paid me instantly.
